Lt. Col. (ret) Eric Kofi Amissah
Lieutenant Colonel (Retired) Eric Kofi Amissah is an accomplished US Air Force veteran. He served dutifully over 20 years in multiple positions including support to two Program Executive Officers with seven acquisition divisions in the development, operations, and sustainment of $1.2B in global information technology networks. He was responsible for professional development, training, fitness, facility management, and security for 1,900 personnel. Before that, he served as the Branch Chief for Science and Technology (S&T) where he led personnel shaping AF programs. Also, as the Director of Communications and Information for the Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center (AFOTEC), which maintained multi-million-dollar information technology infrastructure, which supported the operational tests and evaluations of major programs at multiple operating locations. He served as Chief Policy Analyst with the Africa engagement team, International Counterproliferation Program. A program that provides congressionally mandated counterproliferation training and equipment to countries worldwide.
Originally from Accra-Ghana, Eric has an MBA in Aviation Management. He currently serves as the Past President and an Executive Board Member of General Llyod “Fig” Newton’s chapter of the Tuskegee Airmen Inc, a youth soccer coach. He is a team builder and an analytical person with extensive program management experience.
